Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 250 g Cashews
  • 4-5 Dried Red Chillies
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Whole Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Pan fry the spices - dried red chillies, cloves, cumin seeds, whole pepper, coriander seeds, and fennel.

Roast the cashews.

Blend the roasted spices and cashews with cream and water to a paste.

Mix salt, ginger, and garlic paste with the chicken pieces

Add the cashew paste to the chicken and marinate for min 30 mins

Grill it for 40 mins

Best served with mint chutney
