Ingredients
- 4 Piece Mackerel
- 2 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 & 1/2 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons ginger Paste
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons garlic Paste
- 1 Cup Semolina (Rava)
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Flour (coating fish)
- Curry leaves
- 6 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- Onion/ Lime for garnish
- Salt
Instructions

Mix red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, ginger, garlic paste, little rice flour, ensuring you get a paste consistency

Apply the paste, and marinate the fish.

Rest the marinated fish for 1 hour.

Mix the semolina, rice flour, and some salt in a separate plate.

Coat the marinated fish with the mixture above

In a frying pan, add coconut oil.

Add some curry leaves while the fish is getting cooked. (to add some flavor)

Fry the fish till cooked to perfection!
