Ingredients
- 500 Grams Lamb Shanks
- 1.5 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- 1 Tablespoon Roughly Chopped Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Roughly Chopped Garlic
- 2 Medium Onions
- 1 Litre of Water
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Teaspoon Pepper Corns
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 2-3 Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Ghee
- 1 Cardamom"
Instructions

Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker

Add the dry spices, such as bay leaf, pepper corns, cardamom, cumin, and cloves

Stir for a minute

Add the roughly chopped ginger, garlic, and chillies

Stir for a minute.

Add the chopped onions

Fry for 2 minutes. Onions should lose their color

Now add the lamb shanks, turmeric, and salt

Fry the lamb shanks for 5 minutes by stirring continuously.

Add 1 litre of water.

Pressure cook on high flame for 1 whistle and then cook on low flame for 45 minutes.

Once the pressure has been released, separate the lamb shank pieces into another bowl and strain the soup

Add the lamb pieces back into the strained soup.

Garnish with coriander
