Ingredients
- 1 Whole Chicken (Curry Pieces)
- 2 tablespoons Turmeric Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Pepper Powder
- "4 Tablespoons of Ground Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Fennel Powder
- 2 tablespoons Garam Masala
- Curry Leaves
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- 2-3 Medium Onions
- 6 Tablespoons Oil
Instructions

Mix turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and lime juice to the chicken

Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a saucepan & add thinly sliced onions, curry leaves.

Fry the onions till they turn golden brown.

Add the sliced green chillies.

Add garam masala. Fry this for 2-3 mins.

Add the ground pepper and fennel powder.

Add the marinated chicken & mix well till the spice mix coats the chicken well.

Add some salt and mix well

Cook covered for 20 mins.

Cook uncovered till the water evaporates.
