Ingredients
- 1 Kg Chicken (Curry Pieces)
- 4 Shallots
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 Cardamom
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 3-4 Dried Red Chilly
- Curry Leaves
- 2 teaspoons Coconut Oil
- 2 Teaspoon Pepper Corns
- 1 Teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
Instructions

Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste

Marinate for at least 30 minutes

Dry roast dried red chilies, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds & 10 curry leaves on a slow flame. Roast for around 4-5 minutes.

Once cooled down, grind the mix into a fine powder

Heat oil in a saucepan & add thinly sliced onions, curry leaves.

Fry the onions till they turn golden brown.

Add 2 tablespoons of the spice mix.

Add the marinated chicken.

Add a quarter cup of water."

Cover and cook for 20 mins.

Add coconut cream & stir well.

Cook for another 10 minutes or till the chicken is well-cooked.
