Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken (Curry Pieces)
  • 200 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 g Mint Leaves
  • 4 - 5 Green Chillies
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Teaspoon Jeera
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Kasuri Methi
  • Salt to Taste
  • 3-4 Tablespoons Oil

Instructions

Add turmeric powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the chicken

Marinate the meat for at least 30 minutes.

Grind the coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, salt, and a quarter cup of water.

In a pan, add oil, and add jeera and fry for a minute.

Add thinly sliced onions and fry them till they become golden brown.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the marinated chicken and mix.

Add the chopped tomatoes and mix. Cook till the tomatoes become soft.

Add the green paste and mix well.

Add salt and mix

Cook covered for 35-40 mins or till the chicken is cooked properly.
