Ingredients
- 250 grams of Carrot
- 100 grams Grated Coconut
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 5-6 Curry Leaves
Instructions

Add coconut oil to a hot pan.

Add mustard seeds and wait till they start popping.

Add curry leaves. Fry for a minute

Add turmeric powder. Fry for a minute

Add the chopped carrots and stir well

Add a quarter cup of water and stir well.

Cover and cook for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.

Add grated coconut

Cook uncovered for 5 minutes till the water has evaporated.
