Ingredients
- 500g Beef (Curry Pieces)
- 2 Onions
- 3-4 Dried Red Chillies
- 2-3 Cloves
- 2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- Curry Leaves
- 200g Coconut Slices
- Salt
- Coconut Oil
Instructions

Add salt and pepper powder to the beef, marinate for at least 30 minutes

Dry roast dried red chillies, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds & 10 curry leaves on a slow flame. Roast for around 4-5 mins

Once cooled down, grind the mix into a fine powder.

In a pan, add coconut oil, and add finely chopped onions.

Fry the onions till they become golden brown

Add curry leaves and coconut slices.

Fry the coconut slices till they become golden drown.

Add the marinated beef and mix.

Add the ground spice mix and mix well.

Add a few more curry leaves and salt.

Cook till the beef is cooked and the water has evaporated. 10-15 mins.
