- 500 g Beans
- 2 Teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
- Coconut Slices
- 1 Onion
- Curry Leaves
- Mustard Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
Instructions

Add coconut oil to a hot pan

Add mustard seeds and wait till they start popping.

Add finely chopped onions and curry leaves. Cook till the onions become slightly golden brown.

Add turmeric powder and coriander powder.

Fry for 2-3 mins.

Add the beans and mix well

Cover and cook for 15 mins.

Add coconut slices and mix well

Cook covered for another 10 mins or till the beans are fully cooked.
